Gus Macaulay
Gus is a Solicitor and Notary Public. He has been involved solely in litigation for over fifteen years now, gaining a broad range of experience in city centre firms and sheriff courts around Scotland. He has been with Inksters since 2001 and is the head of the litigation department.
Gus deals with a broad range of litigation matters, including everything from family law to debt recovery to commercial disputes. He is happy to discuss any litigation matter with you, whether to give advice, avoid unnecessary proceedings, achieve the best possible negotiated settlement, or represent you robustly in court.
Gus is married with three children. He lives in Glasgow, is a keen swimmer (being an ex-triathlete) and enjoys leading seminars on leadership, teamwork and family law matters.
